Revenue Sources Policy

The NUML International Journal of Business and Management (NIJBM) maintains transparency in its financial and operational activities. The journal’s revenue sources are designed to support editorial operations, peer-review management, publication infrastructure, and the dissemination of scholarly research while maintaining editorial independence and integrity.

Primary Revenue Sources

  1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
NIJBM collects Article Processing Charges (APC) from authors after acceptance of their manuscripts. These charges cover editorial processing, peer-review management, plagiarism screening, layout formatting, online hosting, and indexing services. The APC is charged only after the manuscript successfully completes the peer review process and is accepted for publication.
  2. Institutional Support
The journal receives institutional support from its Patron, the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, Pakistan. This institutional support helps maintain journal quality, editorial infrastructure, and operational sustainability.
  3. Institutional Subscriptions
NIJBM may also receive support through institutional and individual subscriptions.

Editorial Independence
Revenue sources do not influence editorial decisions. The editorial board maintains full independence in manuscript evaluation, peer review, and publication decisions. Acceptance of manuscripts is based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Transparency
Complete details regarding Article Processing Charges (APC) are available in the Publishing Policy section of the NUML International Journal of Business and Management (NIJBM) website.
