Advertising Policy

The NUML International Journal of Business & Management (NIJBM), published by the Faculty of Management Sciences, National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, Pakistan, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of editorial independence, transparency, and research integrity. The journal adheres to internationally recognized principles of ethical scholarly publishing, including the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

NIJBM does not currently publish or display commercial advertisements on its print or online platforms. The journal operates independently of commercial interests, and all editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit, originality, quality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts.

The presence or absence of advertising has no influence whatsoever on the journal's editorial policies, manuscript handling, peer-review process, acceptance decisions, or publication outcomes. Editors, reviewers, editorial board members, and the publisher remain completely independent from any commercial or promotional considerations.

If NIJBM introduces advertising in the future, all advertisements will be subject to the following principles:

  1. Advertisements will be relevant to the academic, educational, or research community and shall comply with applicable legal and ethical standards.
  2. Advertising content will be clearly distinguished from editorial and scholarly content and will not appear in a manner that could be interpreted as editorial endorsement.
  3. Acceptance or rejection of advertisements will be determined solely by the Publisher in accordance with institutional policies and ethical publishing standards.
  4. Advertisers shall have no involvement in editorial decision-making, peer review, manuscript selection, or publication scheduling.
  5. NIJBM reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or remove any advertisement that conflicts with the journal's mission, ethical standards, or the policies of the National University of Modern Languages (NUML).

As an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research in business and management, NIJBM remains committed to providing an unbiased scholarly publishing environment that is free from commercial influence. The journal ensures that all published content is evaluated exclusively on the basis of academic excellence, scientific rigor, originality, and contribution to knowledge.
